No doubt events are in flux in the Middle East. But you can be sure that we will not be leaving governments hostile to the United States and the West in power. Iraq and Iran are two countries with governments which support transnational terrorists, most likely those which have attacked the US. In any case, they must be confronted, and if neccessary removed from power. That they are in the process of obtaining weapons of mass destruction only makes it that much more important that they be stopped sooner than later.
