It's good strategy to attack when your enemy is divided. I agree.
You have Senate Plurality Leader Tom Daschle publicly asking what should be behind-closed-door questions with his own Senate Intelligence Committee, you have Robert Byrd questioning the funding requested by President Bush after Congress passed a resolution granting him the authority to take any means necessary, and you have the media exposing our government's contingency plans in the event of an attack!

missions that seemingly have no purpose except to satisfy some U.N. freak that wants our military to be the policemen of the world and those in our gov't. that see our troops as modern day mercenaries for the oil lobbyReport back to Senator Daschle's staff for further crap to post.

This really pisses me off....
Why the hell would the U.S. command send 600 Afghans, and 60 special forces up against (3000, 4000, 5000, or 6000) al Quida.
Are the drones not working------$hit----where is the intel.

It is so frustrating, seamole. Especially knowing that so many people swallow their lies.

Yes, but according to Daschle, the war in Afghanistan is over. /sarcasm

Is this the area Tora Bora is located in??
Wasn't this the same "allies" that helped Al-Qeada escape across the border.....
Expert on Fox just said the 101st has been called in and are assualting the area now....
We hit the mother lode with this engagement...

Jennifer Griffin is the FOX reporter in Israel who's been so impressive. Jennifer Griffin has been simply stunning, from what I've seen. Did you see her interview with that radical group of Palestinian terrorists, in their own "HQ". I think that interview may have aired on FNC around Christmastime. Griffin has got to be one of the most underrated (and courageous) overseas reporters on the tube right now... she makes Christianne Amanpour look like a lightweight, IMHO.

Sorry to hear about your dad. I will keep him in my prayers.
Doggie, I am so ticked off. Between Daschle and those damn warlords in Afganistan who lets these people go,our men are in harms way once again.

If there is any accuracy here, it would be my hope that the Taliban / Al Qaeda will soon learn not to mass troops agaist a fore with dominate air power.

The Pentagon doesn't release troop numbers during an ongoing conflict. I think the numbers are not as disparate as has been reported. Patience...wait and see.
