The premise here is that someone planning to shoot up a daycare center will think twice because carrying a gun there will be illegal.
This is equivilent to a bank robber who won't jaywalk because its against the law.
Along those lines, if they're going to shoot children, why on earth would they care about the penalty for carrying a concealed weapon there? The left is so illogical...
