Poll: Muslims call U.S. 'ruthless, arrogant'

PRINCETON, New Jersey (CNN) --Residents of nine Muslim countries called the United States "ruthless and arrogant" in a new poll, with most describing themselves as "resentful" of the superpower.

The Gallup poll found that by a 2-to-1 margin, residents in these nations express an unfavorable opinion of the United States, and a majority also indicated their displeasure with President Bush.

Golly, do you think Gallup will ever do a survey and ask Americans, "Do you believe Islam is a garbage religion?" Or "Do you believe that a Muslim can be trusted? In a 100 years? In a thousand years?" How about, "If the Muslims continue to assault Israel, do you think the Israels's first nuclear target should be Mecca or Medina?" Who cares what the rag heads think. Sure..you neve hear of Islam criticising Europe ,Canada or Great Britian,why..because they are socialist entities and all have one thing in common.
Christianity is just a little social club network,,a powerless structure...timid and afraid.

I couldn't care less what they think. However, they do sound a lot like the left wing in this country.

That's because they've adopted the anti-American and anti-Western discourses and jargon created by the identity left in our countries. Edward Said, Chomsky-like stuff, it's all imbibed as truth since it is self-affirming and deflective. In Osama's video propaganda he almost sounds like one, focusing on Iraq and Israel, their pet peeves. But he throws in Saudi Arabia and his written stuff and later speeches listed his worldwide pastiche of gripes, so that sort of undercut lefty legitimacy for him. As for the Arabs, their intellectuals are lost in the mentalities of deconstruction - a disaster for them. Even Marxism provided at least an urge to build a factory or two.
