It is at that, but I am told by people I know and trust that Keys is in fact a friend to these farmers and will do all he can to help them.

They are getting water this year, now we have to fix the root problem IMHO.

What wonderful news, but what a shame that these people have had to go through all this to use what belongs to them legally anyway. The E.P.A. needs to be cleaned up and all liberal U.N. workers replaced, deported, ran out of town on a rail, tar and feathered....
