I remember that happening. The sad thing is that if you tell this to the average "'murikan" they won't believe you.

The USSS thinks so too, and carry them in case they are pinned in a corner.

Well I am putting this all "on the record": I have kids I want to see grow up and have kids, and I am in great health, I don't smoke, I barely drink, I run 4 miles under 30 minutes, and my grandparents lived well into their 80s or beyond.

Because of the internet, a small % do know about these "suicides" and etc, but not enough to sway the sheeple who get their ration of news from ABCNNBCBS (if they get any news at all).

This is setting up a huge divide in this country, because the informed will NOT "get with the program" when and if these type events come to pass. The sheeple in the majority will demand that the govt crack down hard, and the thing may take off on its own as it does in my novel.

Dang....i figured an ex-SEAL named Jaeger (my fav ol timey frontloader) might be one to get cold feet about butchering civvies. Glad to hear the old SF guys will be part of the real cavalry!!!

This is really exciting. I think you need Judith Regan....babe for her age no doubt and leans our way.

Now remember, only Hummel (who is "in" on Malone's sinster plot) saw the girl in the closet.

The others killed were "resisting with firearms", (Mom and Danny), so no twinge of guilt there. Danny even killed one STU troop.

Yes, some old green berets are part of "the cavalry".

They don't forget "De Oppresso Libere".

Who is Judith Regan?

It happened in Taft, CA in October of 1998, near Bakersfield. The gun dealer's name was Darryl Howell.

Taft Gundelaer Dead in BATF Raid

From that article on my web site:

Disbelief permeated the tight-knit communities of Taft and Ford City Thursday as residents and friends of Darryl Howell questioned law enforcement's account of his death in his gun shop.

The Kern County Sheriff Department's version of the events — that the gun shop owner grabbed a loaded .45-caliber handgun Wednesday, struggled with officers and then placed the barrel in his mouth and pulled the trigger —just didn't fit with what they knew of the father of two.

Sheriff's officials said a Taft police officer, not knowing where the expended round went, immediately fired three rounds that struck Howell, 45, on the right side of his body. He died at the scene.

"Everyone in Taft knows this is stupid," said Shannon Ong, 34, Howell's niece. "They think the police officers are trying to make it seem like he was a criminal."

Ong believes there could be nothing further from the truth — that the man who grew up in Taft and graduated from Taft Union High School where yearbooks say he played football and was in the band was a wonderful man who ran an upstanding business ...

She's a book publisher who's backed by Murdoch and has an interview show on FOX....weekends usually. She's published (Regan Books) Rush, Marchinko, Bork, as well as a fair number of liberals and non political stuff. She's very very good at hyping books and distributing and she's obviously somewhat conservative politically yet still quite accessible. Conservative publishers aside from Palladin are pretty few and far between. ....books are like movies..(entertainment and validity aside)..they need distribution and hype. You've got a nice footing here on this forum withn 60k members for starters.

Folks, TM's FIST Teams mentioned in his writings are not too far from reality. Here in Tennessee, we suffer from the "Click-it or Ticket" programs...

Law enforcement officers working outside of their jurisdictions with one or two officers that are withing their jurisdiction set up a road block in the name of "Seat belt enforcement." Now we have the officer's "reasonable suspecion" that can come into play:

"What can I say I suspect (that will hold up in court) that will allow me to search this vehicle?"

I HOPE EVERYONE CAN SEE TO WHERE THIS SORT OF THING WILL LEAD...

TM, you may remember me relating my story of my "Click-it or Ticket" incident in a thread last July... You mentioned your old WWII vet in that thread... I'll say it about as plain as I can. If it happens to me again, I'll say "Yes, Sir" and "No, Sir" and will be as cooperative as I can... But at the same time I will be memorizing the names of every officer there. If I, or any member of my group is targeted in one of these little fishing expeditions, there will be retribution. Somewhere, sometime ago, someone decided that revenge was best when it was sought immediately... That generally tends to end up with the party taking revenge also being buried. An empty victory... A well planned op, with all extracted and no W/KIAs is much better. Always believe in living to spend it...

OUTSTANDING WORK, TM!!! LOOK FORWARD TO PURCHASING SEVERAL COPIES (I expect them to be signed, you know.) I have several friends that enjoy a good read such as what I have sampled so far...

1/75 HUUAAAH!!

Enjoyable writing, but is it fiction of non-fiction?

I've been stopped by our city police twice in the last year checking for licenses and proof of insurance. Who pays for this? Five cops! Three vehicles!

The Hen went on a rampage!

I cornered the Mayor and demanded to know why they were doing this. Who ordered it? I thought he believed as I do that law abiding citizens should be left alone!

To his credit, he immediately called the Chief of Police while I waited. We found out that the reason we have these checks is because of CLINTON'S COPS PROGRAM, the program that we were told would put 100,000 extra cops out on the street. It turns out that in order for communities to receive their grant money, they must earn points. My city has traffic stops because the COPS program demands them.

I hope there's a unique level of Hell for our former President.

Thanks. I am looking at them all, but it seems like St. Martin's Press and Regnery are the most "conservative friendly". Accurate Press, which published UC, is also a possibility.

Thanks for the tip! Everything I have learned tells me that publishing is much harder than writing.
