What I find odd is that the "get a life" posters who will make their obligatory appearance here, can spout reams of statistics on some sports figure. Not that there's anything wrong with that; (hey be passionate about
something) but the irony goes wizzing by them like a frieght train.

indeed, my friend harps on me because I am able to pull info about jazz off the top of my hat, but she thinks nothing strange about her devotion to certain rock bands she follows.
