Hmm. You're right, sort of. Mugabe did sponsor terrorists, but only on white farmers in his own country. I don't think impeachment is part of Zimbabwe's constitution, but I seem to recall some sort of referendum election last year that he stole outright.
I guess when you've seen one tin-plated dictator with delusions of granduer, you've seen them all?
