I hope and pray that should I ever find a woman who I'll love enough to ask to be my wife, that she'll never cheat on me. Because chances are, if she cheated on me I'd end up in jail soon after for Assault and Battery on the man she cheated with. :-\

Man come home early and found wife in bed with another man.

In the heat of passion, he shot HER dead.

The judge agreed that in the heat of passion, this was a justifiable act.

But then he ask the guy, "Why did you shoot her instead of the other man?"

Why would you go after the guy your wife cheats with? Chances are if it weren't him, it would be someone else. The problem is the cheater - not the current participant.
