Thank God I gave up coffee.
Now if I could only kick my whiskey and heroin habit ...

Only if it was decaffeinated.

I believe it.
In the parking lot where I work, a woman fell while holding a ceramic coffee mug. This happened right in front of me. She tried to break her fall with the hand that held the mug. The mug shattered and sliced her hand pretty badly. I helped her calm down and applied direct pressure on the wound until the EMTs arrived. The broken pieces were extremely sharp.

Couldn't have been a Chief Petty Officer; while we do carry a coffee mug wherever we go, we never fall down...

I have a good friend who has this bet that I will ultimately die a stupid death (like a mooose fell on me and squeezed the cheese out of me or something). I seem to wind up in the most bizarre situations. Anyway - should my demise be in any form of bizarre circumstance I know for a fact he will be laughing at my funeral. Death is tragic but is unavoidable - finding the humor in such sad moments is often times the best form of therapy for some. Just my two cents.
