I'm not sure whether there's some garbling in this, or whether some Kissingerian minority has achieved detente between Latino and black thugs. Have Latinos started wearing FUBU (For Us By Us) clothes? Were they, ahem, Negritos or dark Cubans? AFAIK Latino and black thugs aren't close - although 30% Latino rioters in the Rodney King riots in LA may mean there are some simpatico feelings...

In L.A., the mexicans and blacks hate each other....they were all just looting the stores because the stupid media told everyone there were no police around.
