What part of calling for a million martyrs to march on Jerusalem on TV and Radio is "Policing his own areas?" What part of making Hamas, Islamic Jihad, PLPF and Hizbulla an Official part of his government is "Policing his own areas?"

Perhaps if Arafat would not make Terrorism part of his government, when terrorists were targeted he would not loose power BUT GAIN IT! Dohhhhhh.
