Hmmm, could it also be said: "Any God who creates billions of sentient beings, and sends His Son to die for all the sins of all of them, and then doesn't bother to tell millions of them that He has done so, and thus allows them to go to hell, is unspeakably evil"?? (That is, unless you are a Universalist.)
No, God saves according to His desire, and in order to accomplish His good will. It is a miracle that He saves any, seeing as all deserve death and hell.
