Two possible explanations: 1. Clinton thought he was too waek (loathes the military) to take on Iraq and/or Iran in full-scale war. 2. Clinton willfully let us keep taking hits because he willfully wants to weaken the U.S.
I go with 2.
I would also wager that TWA 800 and the Centennial Park bombing at the Atlanta Olympics come under the same cover-up.
