Are you a lawyer? Probable, because that is one dumb, stupid statement.
Milo has the world listening, with first hand facts, benefiting us all, and you want a slicky to speak in his behalf, whew!.
By the way, Milo is a lawyer and speaks fluent English. Don't put me on your 'ping' list. I don't have time for your senseless drivel.

Thanks for your honesty.

Oh, btw, no - I'm not a lawyer. . .

Sorry for the manners, my fault, your mild post didn't call for my sharpness.

Thank you, friend.

Poor Milo appears to think public opinion in Serbia is relevant and is playing to that rather than addressing the indictment.
Pray tell - is Franjo Tudjman, who never had a trial to, ahem clear his name, innocent as well? Or am I just prejudiced against him as well?

The prosecution showed photographic evidence supposedly pertinent to the indictment? Hmmm, this certainly sets a bad precedent I hope the American Bar Association is paying attention and discourages similar antics here at home. Say, does Norway prohibit this flagrant breach of the defendants rights?
As to Bosnia even being relevant, I seem to remember some discussion about three indictments being joined last month, but, yeah, youre probably right, theyre just trying to play to the public rather than to the Court, who obviously doesnt need to see anything in the way of evidence when considering the case.
I cannot comment on either your wonderful press, or Norwegian State TV, but if your ignorance is any indication of their effectiveness, perhaps I shouldnt be surprised at the question Colin Powell received from one of your fellow citizens, eh?

This doesn't apply here as he is to be found guilty already, so he might as well have some fun with his persecutors before he goes down. Boy and he is doing well up until now. Milosevic's got guts! Hope he takes a few with him, namely Bubba Clinton.

"After Bosnia's split from Yugoslavia
the country was split into a Muslim federation and a Serb administration called Republika Srpska."
CNN
I guess CNN now considers the Croats to be good litle Muslims!!!
