Just guessing that you're in your 20s. A few decades ago I sounded much like you do, just as intense and PC and repeating the popular mantra of the day. Truth is, gays can choose. It isn't easy. The Bible is more than it appears. It works. It doens't work by condemning, but by love. The sins listed along with homosexuality are common and we are all, living after the flesh are likely to sin daily...just shouting at someone, or overeating is sinning, but we do not celebrate, revel or choose to keep sinning. Sorry to preach. If only we could explain in a handy 30 second sound bite.

So you think I'm "PC and repeating the popular mantra of the day" just because I point out how pathetic it is that some FReepers think gay kids should be bullied and physically beaten? I've seen the emotional cruelty firsthand, it's sickening.

Truth is, gays can choose.

Assuming that's true, does that give other kids license to beat them up?
