But that was the problem. This sect didn't believe in modern medicine, so they couldn't hire a doctor. Do you suppose they could get their religious leader licensed to kill?

Seriously, this a problem begging for a solution. As much as I would love to protect those little ones, I really don't want government to do it for me. A local jury of peers should review and punish any dicovered crimes.
