NOW that all Congressional dealings with the bankrupted Enron Corporations and its outside auditors, Arthur Andersen, are under the glare of public scrutiny, Connecticut's Democratic Senator Chris Dodd is scurrying for cover, like a cockroach when the kitchen lights come on.

How come both Dodd and Lieberman worked so much for the auditing industry? Are there auditing firms in CT?

Are there auditing firms in CTNo more than any other state. But the insurance companies that insure them are in CT.
To: Cuttnhorse
This isn't true. If Dodd was involved in something fishy, why, the Hartford Courant would be all over it. But there's nothing in the paper about Dodd or Lieberman's role in Enron/AA so it must not be true.
P.S. the editorial board is not-biased either, and would never, ever bury bad news about dems. (hey stop laughing, I mean it.)

Has anyone ever seen a newsperson from the HARTFORD COURANT on C-SPAN who wasn't a lefty-libral? This guy is crazy and CT is as blue a state (Gore lover) as Massachesetts! The HC has consistently backed any Democrat who runs!
