Do I believe that guilt must be established in any matter before taking such an action? Of course..........

Greg, according to published reports, some of them posted on this thread, both parents at different times noticed the alarm system was tripped, and doors to the outside were ajar--yet they never checked on the children. Eventually we'll know if this occurred because the parents were too drunk/stoned, or involved in...other pursuits...to care. But for now, we do know this much.
