Palestinians storm Hebron jail, 60 released

Some 300 Palestinians have stormed a local Hebron prison and released all inmates jailed there by the Palestinian Authority.

The raid was carried out a short time ago by Islamic activists in the Palestinian-controlled half of the divided West Bank city.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad operatives were reportedly amongst some 60 prisoners released in the action, Channel 2 reported.

Islamic Jihad operative Muhammad Ayoub Sider, wanted by Israel and the target of an earlier failed IDF attempt on his life, was among those released this evening.

PA security forces made no effort to prevent the raid and release of prisoners, Army Radio reported.

Israel should have carpet bombed every jail in the West Bank and Gaza. Where else is there [or was there] such a high concentration of terrorists as in these jails? They could have killed them all in one day. But now its too late. The terrorists have all been released.

If left up to arafat and his PAlliwhackers, they would have been anywhere else but in a PA jail. The best place to find Hamas and Islamic Jihad Terrorist is usually hiding behind women and children as they attack women and children. Frankly, I'm surprised any were there at all for the pallies to release.

There are people who were banned from this forum for one comment or another and who come back under a different name. "Newbies" are suspected of being these people. I am not making any accusations against you specifically, only explaining what some may suspect.

As to the substance of your criticism, I hardly think advocating destroying terrorists is morally equivalent to the actions of the terrorists themselves, so your question seems silly to me. In an ideal situation, these men would have been tried and punished. However, the "rule of law" under Yasir Arafat seems to be geared to a state of war where those who commit violence against Jews are not punished, and those who cooperate with them are marked for death.

Sadly, the only possible solution short of exterminating one people or the other is denazification of the Arabs.
