I find it strange that she would attack VK when he really has no say in any deicison to arrest or extradite anyone, as was evident from the kidnapping and shipping of Slobodan Miloshevich to the Hague. The person she should be faulting is Zoran Djindjich, Serbia's new world order prime minister. Del Ponte simply dislikes VK from the getgo, when he correctly insisted that Slobo and others be tried in Serbia, and essentially told her that ICTY, correctly again, is not a legitimate court. That fact that the "guilt" of Miloshevich is already "self-evident" shows that ICTY is nothing short of an Inquisition-like processing plant.

Yes, why didn't Del Ponte go to Djindjic again, if what he allowed was legal for Milosevic? Because it was not legal under Yugoslav law, and because ICTY can exert more pressure through Kostunica, she rails at him. Why should Kostunica have to bear the weight of the unacknowledged shame Del Ponte carries in her person?
