Is it ok to discuss this, or will the pro-gay crowd go nuts?

Great... just what we need - more Lincoln Log Republicans...

I'll speak for myself........and myself only.
I don't approve of homosexuality in the slightest. I find it an aberration and an abomination before God.
However.........
Let's talk in different terms. Do I think that there are homosexuals who love the Constitution as much as I do? Absolutley. No question. Do I believe that there are homosexuals who are willing to fight to protect our Constitutional rights? Yes. No doubt.
If you are a fellow American....a homosexual.... who loves our Constitution and are willing to put in on the line to defend it, then I will pray for you but also welcome you as a comrade-in-arms in the struggle.
To me, it's just that simple. AND............for those who don't know this FReeper of several years............I'm just to the right of Genghis Khan and a father of seven.

I just disagree with attempts by special interest groups to get homosexuality normalized and condoned within the fabric of values supported by the Republican Party. I know that's terribly politically incorrect in these times and I apologize, but have I really committed a hate crime?

What about other things you consider an 'abomination' too?
I know I'll be attacked for even asking, but it seems like a fair question to me. >BR>
I don't approve of pedophilia in the slightest. I find it an aberration and an abomination before God.
If you are a fellow American....a pedophile.... who loves our Constitution and are willing to put in on the line to defend it, then I will pray for you but also welcome you as a comrade-in-arms in the struggle.

Homophobe??? Nah... I ain't a'feared of 'em... I just don't like their loud-mouthed, militant "We deserve special rights based on who we like to have sex with" crap... What they do in the privacy of their own homes is between them, their partner, and their God... just keep it outta view of me and my children and we'll get along alright...

Pedophilia is against the law.
I suppose you'd like homosexuality to be also.
Rove's job is to be concerned about votes, and, as Ronald Reagan said "I may not agree with them, but if they want to vote for me, I'll accept their vote."

Just curious. Do you believe in government controlled education? Do (or did) your children attend "public" school? Do you know what is being taught about homosexuality in public school, and what agency is funding that education?

I was just questioning what he meant by the term 'abomination'. And what is another example of a group practicing an 'abomination' but having pride for it and calling it a blessing and normal and should we welcome those similar 'abomination' groups with welcome arms as commraded in arms? Can you give any similar examples?

If you support the gay agenda, then that's your right. No need to pussyfoot around it and go off on personal attacks and tangents. To address the issue in the article would suffice. But as usual, those in support of normalizing homosexuality must resort to shouting down their detractors and banning any further discussion.

Can you give any similar examples? I'll pass. Sniffing out abominations seems to be your specialty.

Still waiting for just a single other example like this. Is that really such a difficult challenge?

Kinda makes you feel like they're closing in from all sides, doesn't it? There's only one side I am watching out for, pal.
