FoxNews broke into their programming about 5 minutes ago with a story about BWI Airport. Unfortunately I was getting into the shower and missed most of it. Can anyone tell me what is going on? My husband is flying out of BWI today to come home so I'm VERY concerned.

Guys, this is hardly the sort of behavior that is going to attract women to the conservative/republican cause.
Let's give it a rest, okay?
Mark's initial comment was pretty funny but then I think it just went on a little too long.
Okay guys...flame on...

MSNBC said a security breach; SW completely shut down for about 1-1/2 hours...the 5 planes sitting and waiting have now taken off and things are back to normal.

I'm sure if your spouse was flying from an Airport that has something going on at it (especially after 9-11) you'd be slightly concerned. But let me not stop you from being a complete a$$. Nah, shower first, that's the important thing. One can always demonstrate how slight one's concern is later.

Brytani is this you right now?I imagine that to yourself at this moment "she's" the one that isn't holding the mouse.

I hope that she got all of the soap rinsed off. That could itch something awful later in the day if she didn't.

>A triple post will shut up Mark W! Yikes! The secret is out. My online life will never be the same. (I can only hope that this thread gets pulled before too many people get hip to the say-it-three-times thing...)

Thanks for a real update. Thanks for acknowledging the real update.
My eyes must have glossed right over when I was scanning for the real meat to this story.

Not that I need to explain myself to anyone BUT the shower did wait when I heard BWI mentioned on my tv as I was about to get into it. That's why I'm sitting here trying to find out what is going on. Forget I even asked.

"I'm home alone, goosebumpily from my shower and very concerned!"
Madam you should not be required to suffer in that concern alone. Please allow me the honor of consoling you until the whereabouts of your fine gentleman of a husband can be determined.
C'mon guys, where's the chivalry? Ok where's the chivas?

"Don't you mean "a water buffalo"? [Chevy Chase- Caddyshack?]"
- It was "Fletch" my dear Earl.
- I was merely paraphrasing Chevy, since this is, after all, Free Republic and references to water buffalo simply would not do. Especially since someone else had already mentioned a møøse.

but then I think it just went on a little too long.Um, Uh...Never mind. That would be to juvenile of me.
To: Brytani
Considering what happened on United Flight 855 this morning, I'd certainly think your concerns are justified. Hope your husband's not too late getting home!
