Cincinnati needs a Rudy Guliani. In fact this "racial" strife all started because Cincinnati was pursuing the same program of data-driven, quality-of-life policing which has slashed crime rates dramatically in New York City, and undergirded the revival of intercity neighborhoods there.
This Coalition for a Just Cincinnati has little to do with race. It represents the pro-crime elements (and their symbiots, the poverty pimps) who opposed this program of community oriented policing, and started the riots last summer. Their program is to ensure that depressed neighborhoods in Cincinnati remain that way, so that the denizens thereof remain dependent on the (unskimmed portions of) the handouts that black "leaders" like the Rev. James. W. Jones extort from Whitey.
