Please note the handwriting in this note, as well as the particular noticable slant to the right. It would do very well for someone to look into the connection between this dirtbag's cursive script, and his printing, in connection with the anthrax laced letters.
I realize that this teenager probably didn't MAKE the anthrax spores, or have access to the technology so to do. He could, however, have been a useful idiot who addressed the mail addressed to the various persons. He is, after all, from the same area where the original terrorist activity took place, and where Atta, who I am taking for the leader in this could have somehow convinced his malleable mind to his beliefs. Nobody has ever been able to figure out just where the mail came from. There have been some speculation that the letters were in a flats tray that was reused by a N Jersey bulk mailer. Nobody has bothered, at least to my knowledge to make the leap of faith that the addresses were written by one person, and the payload inserted by another, more skilled individual, who didn't want his handwriting, in whatever form on the envelopes involved.

Think about this ... the kid liked to hang around airports (small airports). Is it possible that at one of those air strips somewhere in Florida that Charles Bishop did in fact meet Atta and Friends who were also known to frequent air strips. Could they have struke up a "friendship?" And Atta used the kid to address some mail for him because ... "... his English and handwriting were not really good and your help young Charles would be appreciated."
The right leaning slant is only a little more so than that of most people - showing increased emotions. It is the reapeated left slants and vertical characters that are significant. These indicate that the writer was either under the influence of drugs or mentally ill. Also notice the repeated upside down Vs - indicating intelligence. The extra (unneaded marks at the beginning of several letters indicates a grudge). This is very unusual handwriting for a 15 yr old boy. - just my 2 cents
