Yes indeed they did vote to repeal the tax code:

5. Tax Code Termination. (Roll Call #127, 13 April) The House voted to abolish the current tax code, except for Social Security and Medicare, by Dec. 31, 2004. YES was a vote FOR taxpayers.

Back in the second session of the 106th.

Is that THIS year, that they voted? And now it goes to the Senate where Tiny Tommy will bury it? Am I seeing what you're saying? (*Taxes confuse me. I'm sure they're meant to...*)
