Your governor is bragging that he didn't take what is, by any reasonable interpretation, good advice.

If Grayout had followed Lay's advice, California would be in much better shape today -- financially and in terms of energy supply.

Ironic...

Davis is a true liberal, depending on everyone to bail him out of his bad policy decisions at the end of the day. Too bad, but it appears he will be re-elected, and the situation will only get worse.
