I agree. This young woman looks and acts as if she desperately needs help. Addicts have to reach rock bottom before they admit they have a problem. It makes no sense for the Governor and his wife to cover this up and hope it will go away. Their daughter needs extensive rehab. Maybe now, she will get it.
