This scum bag needs to recuse himself...
It seems that half the DOJ and the Houston DA have already had to recuse themselves. Enron may have found a new defense tactic -- grease so many palms that all those people will have to recuse themselves, and do so much damage that the other half have to recuse themselves because they knew or were a victim.
