Thank you Bunny!

I have been reading a couple of books to sharpen up for Feb 4th. Before this week, I was in the middle of reading Barbara Olson's "Hell to Pay" and Ann Coulter's "High Crimes and Misdemeanors". I dropped them both with this new priority, but I hope to get back to reading them. (I have to wash the filth off my hands after reading some sections of those books. I can only imagine Barbara and Ann having to do the same thing when they were writing these books.)

I should be able to post jokes periodically. Fortunately, other people are picking up the slack around here with some fabulous jokes.

I know what you mean. When I read those books, I noticed I stopped reading them right before bed and only read them during the day. I couldn't stand to have THEM ( the clinton's) on my mind the last thing of the day...too many nightmares.

"..I still have all my weight on by back foot, in case I need to retreat..."

Is that positive thinking?

If it is God's will for your life, you won't even consider that possibility.

I have to agree with whoever on this one. Give it everything you have and believe you can do it!

In 1990, I was layed off because the construction industry took a dive. My boss cried, but I smiled and told him I would be alright. I KNEW there was a plan for me. A year later after doing marketing consulting and graphics work and anything that brought in money, I was recruited by the premier architectural firm in town. It seemed I had reached the pinacle, with a 27th floor corner office and all the bennies. Then I discovered that a partner had lied to the president, and he discovered that I knew he had. It took him 6 months to set me up for a fall, but he finally convinced the president to fire me (the first time I had ever been fired).

I just smiled because I believed there was something better for me.

No one has been able to tell me what to do or has been able to control my life or my ability to provide for my children since 1992. I had $10 in the bank when I was fired. Sometimes, I still have only $10 in the bank, but I know there is a plan and a reason for me doing what I am doing.

Have faith in yourself, give it your all, and don't be afraid of risks.
