Some cross the line and use policy disagreements as platform to trash Republicans. That's wrong. It's a fine line, but not one that can't be called. Always best to stay on the right side.

What is wrong with that? Jim Robinson clearly stated that debate about policies is fair game. However, bashing a conservative without some constructive effort to promote conservatism is wrong. Surely you are not criticizing his post # 79, are you?

What side is that? Getting tough to tell these days. It's been a few DECADES since conservative and republican have been close to synonymous. Do you have a problem with conservatives criticizing some of the policies coming out of the GOP these days? Why do I think your definition of “trashing” is really just “tough criticism” of republicans whose policies are little differentiated from the polices of the Democratic Party. But perhaps you are a little confused. FR is a conservative forum...NOT a republican forum. If you don't like some of the conservative heat here tell your party to wake up and figure out who their base is.
