The judgement of SentryoverAmerica: For the third time (maybe fourth time) got to the White House site or the Office of Management and Budget site. Bush did submit a budget last year. And Bush's budget was triple the rate of inflation.

My cursory read of the 2002 budget (Bush's first):

Descretionary spending increase +4.0%
Descrestionary spending increase without military spending + 3.1%
Rate of Inflation (2001, not including Energy spike) +2.7%
Population increase in U.S. +1.5%

Agriculture -1.4
Commerce -0.4
Defense +14.1
Education +4.6
Energy -0.5
HHS +2.8
HUD +1.9
Interior -0.4
Interntl Affairs+1.2
Justice -1.1
Labor -0.6
Transportation -2.1

Vet Affairs +1.0
Corp of Eng. -0.6
EPA -0.2
FEMA -0.2 (NWO Power Brokers)
NASA +0.3
