Sacramento -- Despite the energy crisis, California actually spent less purchasing electricity in 2001 than the state's investor-owned utilities did the year before, Gov. Gray Davis said yesterday.

"We didn't pretend to be the experts, but we paid less than the experts paid," Davis said in comments to the Sacramento Press Club.

Davis again tells fibs, since in 2001 there was more capacity available so of course the price was lower. What is really astonishing is how much they paid despite the lower market price.

However, when California repays what it stole from PG&E and SCE, the bill will be many billions higher.

Critics blasted the governor for signing $43 billion in contracts when prices were near their peak. They say Californians will now be locked into paying higher prices for the next decade.

The administration is working to renegotiate the contracts for a lower price.

Well, well, more lies from the SF Gayrhonicle to make their boy Davis look like a winner!

Davis has given the gay agenda everything that he can and promised them even more. Why?:

Two reasons:

1. The massive amount money donated by the gay agenda pushers to Davis in past and present elections.

2. The control of the gay agenda in California Fish Wraps like the GayRhonicle and the LA Slimes.

Due to 1 and 2 above, these Gay controlled fish wraps will work 24/7 to lie for Davis and offer him cover to get him re elected! They want more of our tax $'s for their special benefits.
