In quite a number of Muslim countries, men are regularly executed for adultery. Rape is also a capital crime. Most of the "honor killings" of rape victims we've heard about are cultural peculiarities of certain Muslim countries and are quite rare in others. Certainly the Koran does not prescribe any such thing.
