How long did you have to stay on the Wellbutrin?

It took about 2 months on Welbutrin, then one evening I ran out of cigs and it was cold and rainy, and I just didn't feel like I needed a butt enough to go out. Previously, I would have been climbing the walls and would go out in a snowstorm, blizzard, hurricaine, etc. The next day, I just didn't get around to it, and it was over.

It was really amazing to me. For the first time in 30 years, I was able to do what all the light/non-smokers/non-addicted people did, just quit, without going through the roof. It was amazingly simple.

I have returned to smoking because I enjoy it, not because I need it. I quit again, just to make sure I could do it again, so easily, and it was no problem.

My opinion is that there is some type of chemical imbalance in my body, which smoking and welbutrin balance out. I am much more at ease now too.
