The We The People Organization has settled upon two instrumentalities "in the public interest:" the We The People Foundation For Constitutional Education to carry out a more intense and wider ranging educational program to counteract public ignorance and apathy about the people’s rights; and the We The People Congress as an advocacy organization to do the type of lobbying activity the Foundation is not allowed to do by its charter.

The We-the-People Foundation for Constitutional Education is organized as a 501(c)(3) entity.
