Just how many boycotts are going on?

I no longer buy anything whatsoever.

Boycotts don't work.

Sometimes they do, such as Smith and Wesson. However, they take a uniting cause - the S&W cave-in was enough to accomplish that.

I boycott Toyota for selling out to Jesse Jackson, who compared the Bush Administration to the KKK at a Toyota meeting (where Jesse Peterson was shouted down).

I also go out of my way not to buy Chinese. It is not easy. For example, I wanted to get a screen for my fireplace. Home Depot had some nice models, but they were all Chinese. I finally found one at LL Bean for around 200.00 - it was about 4 times the price of the Chinese ones, but the quality was very good, and it was made here - so I got that.

Ford Motor Company for discriminating against white males and their employee sensitivity training regarding Islam after 9-11. When in fact they should of held seminars to teach the Muslims to be more tolerant of others and ask them denounce jihad publicly.

Tyson Chicken for smuggling illegal aliens so they can pay slave wages that put American Citizens out of jobs.

AOL Time Warner because of their affiliation with shake down artist Jesse Jackson

CBS ABC NBC MSNBC CNN - liars, communists and their participation in trying to help Al Gore steal the election

Red Cross- they are more concerned about the conditions of terrorists we are holding in Cuba instead of the victims of 9-11.

I boycott Proctor & Gamble, Disney, Kmart. My own personal new boycott is Amazon.com because they are advertising on Democraticunderground, and they donate to Democraticunderground from every purchase made from their site. They have the Amazon banner running right now above "Chimp chokes on Pretzel." Talk about a hate site. I removed myself from Amazon and cancelled all pending orders.

I forgot some of the boycotts that have been mentioned here, they are second nature to me now. Every company we target has been going down, from AOL, to Ford, K-Mart, Disney, the news media, Tyson is next, and it is a good idea to toss in those that kiss Jesse Jacksons feet.

I think it is wonderful, that those Corporations that use their profits to harm America, will no longer be allowed to use the sweat from our own brows to get the job done. I'm so very proud of our efforts.

I'm boycotting water and air. You wouldn't believe the stuff they put into those, and the evil people that breath and drink them! Ever heard of chlorine? Stuff'll kill you! In our water! I started yesterday, and am feeling a little funny, and the pure oxygen bill from that website is getting to me.

Perhaps not. I don't hold any fantasies that my spending habits make one whit of difference to American Express or anyone else. I do have peace of mind, however, in that I have minimized their ability to use my own money against me.
