Who would you rather be? Richard Reid or Alan M. Reisch? And just what does "high rolling" mean in this story?

We as a society must reap what we have sown!!!
When we have allowed the likes of Larry Flynt, Jocyelin Elders, Bill Clinton, Jesse jackson, et al, to be in key leadership positions that affect the morality of this nation, we can and should expect this kind of low life activity to become the norm.

My question : why is this even a story ? Was publication intended to smear the judge ? If so, why ?
If the judge's hubby is gay, that's pretty much a matter for him and the judge to work out.Any criminal charges are apt to be "disorderly conduct" level, and hubby-having taken his chances-should pay his fine, etc. without reference to his wife's occupation.

Next item on the docket: Judge Richard Reid presides over the case of Massachusetts vs. Alan Reisch, et. al.

Oh Puke! Too bad they couldn't catch Slick Willie doing the same - I think he's a pervert in addition to being an intern devotee.

You really put people between a iraq and a hard place with questions like this.
And just what does "high rolling" mean in this story?
I assume it means well off financially. Never ceases to amaze me how someone who should otherwise be thankful for all God has given them and should be truly grateful and humbled simply isn't.

Both are threats to our society.

And you wonder why our school are hotbeds of perversion?
Just look at what the teachers' "extracurricular" activities are - not to mention lawyers!

A man gets caught with C4 plastic explosives in his own private sneakers. He is judged before a woman whose husband was caught with his pants down with six other men. Who's there in this scenario for a libertarian to sneer and scoff at? Ah, the stewardess who wouldn't mind her own bidness, and the police for busting into a public theater to hassle those engaged in consensual albeit deadly behaviors! They must think the right to life is inalienable, or something! Sheesh!
To: ninonitti
Didn't the police realize this was simply the local montly meeting of the DNC?

Pants down? Public sex activity? Well, now isn't this the courtship
phase, the prelude to "civil unions," don't you know? (sarcasm off)

You know how it is when you get a bunch of lawyers together - they can't help but "try" each other!
But seriously, (though I never seen it), isn't this how the "sympathetic" Tom Hanks character caught AIDS in the movie "Philadelphia?"

She was appointed in 2000, so she is a Clinton Judge. LOL

I do not approve in the least of such activity, because I find it disgusting. BUT ...
I - and you - should be very worried that someone can get arrested, prosecuted, pilloryed in the media and in your community for a private, personal act.
Think for a moment to the following scenario: an arab group, sympathetic to the shoe bomber, wants to put pressure on the judge. A simple investigation reveals that her hubby has unpopular proclivities. A tip to a friendly policeman, accompanied by a $50 bill will do the rest.
BTW, I also favor decriminalizing drugs and prostitution. Now go and flame

Surely this must be from The Onion.

How absolutely humiliating for this Judge. Bad enough without being in the newspapers everywhere. Oy.
