It's the Cub Scout motto.
Mine is after a favorite little tune "Battle Hymn of the Republic" and is a mini tribute to my father who does reenactments of the civil war. For all his "warts", I owe him a debt of gratitude in that his own passion for history and his patriotism rubbed off on both myself and my younger brothers.
