"Offenses which may merit investigation," the draft continued, "include obstruction of justice, perjury, filing false information with federal agencies or departments, and violations of the False Claims Act."

Tom McCanna, an aide to McCain, told WorldNetDaily that he is currently examining the materials. Great first we get one clinton monica would be danforth, and now we get mccain, a great American turncoat. you can bet mccain will do nothing to hurt his near and dear buddy daschel.
Aren't there any republicans in the house or the senate that give a hoot about honesty, justice, liberty, truth and are willing to put the best interest of the country ahead of politics as usual?

Oh, Boy! Here we go again- setting ourselves up for another big disappointment!! Goody, Goody!! When are Waco Junkies going to figure it out? The government that murdered the Branch Davidians is NEVER going to find itself guilty of ANYTHING!!! How many millions of dollars do we have to waste this time to ultimately come to the same conclusions!?!

"This is all being done in the context of renewed interest in cleaning up the FBI."In other words: 'Even if we find criminal wrongdoing, no one is going to be prosecuted, fired, or demoted.'

I hope they do clean up the FBI, although I have my doubts that it's possible as there may be to many Nazis in the chain of command. The depsicable "Patriot Act" is bound to let many dogs off their leashes and cause more iron fisted folly and hence more backlash. It's human nature to hate those that you fear.
Also there seems to be a pathology in our system against holding line-crossing LEOs accountable for their actions. I don't use the word pathology lightly either. Instead of being made an example of, irresponsible and deviant LEOs often wind up getting rewarded or promoted.
Unlike some, I feel the FBI is a needed organization (as opposed to the despicable and vile BatFags). The FBI has really lost a lot of prestige however because of terrible management, a corrupt (former) executive branch and dubious venues of operation.

I won't ever believe they are serious about any reform until I see that mass murdering sasquatch shaking at the end of a rope. That would only be a start.

"with complete certainty that the government did not direct gunfire at the Branch Davidian complex. ..."How about individuals?
