6th grade. He's sitting here with me and we're discussing some issues. He's a bright kid, and until this year I was able to work from home a couple hours a day so we could sit down immediately after school and debrief. Unfortunately, my employer (one of the largest automobile manufacturers on the planet, that posted a smaller than expected 4th quarter profit today that came across on the Internet as bad news, but was reported at the office as good news) stopped that practice, but only for systems employees. You know, the ones with computers and connectivity that can work anywhere as long as there's a computer and a modem or whatever.
