A fourth former member of the radical Symbionese Liberation Army, Sara Jane Olson, will be charged with first degree murder in the 27-year-old slaying of Myrna Opsahl in a Carmichael bank robbery, sources close to the investigation told The Sacramento Bee on Wednesday afternoon.
This is what I was refering too. Am I reading that to narrowly ?

Emily Harris admitted to doing the shooting. All of those present, however, including Sara Jane Olson, would be subject a charge of first degree murder -- as they were participating in a felony during which a murder was committed.
In Texas, all four would be eligible for the needle. In California, they can probably get off scot-free -- if they just say they're "sorry"...
