It's a matter of personal taste, I suppose. Scrapple and livermush are both basically a cormeal pudding made with ground up hog trimmings boiled in broth. Shoot, I even like souse and Blood'n'Tongue. 'Course I do have some self respect, evidenced by the fact that I refuse to eat pig's feet. ;-)
