Suicides tend to be people who are so down that they couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag.  While technically, they are responsible for their actions, in actual fact they have lost their will to live.  At that point are they responsible for their actions?  I don't think so.  OTOH, if homosexuality and bestiality were to suddenly disappear as a life style today, within a generation, AIDS would also disappear.  In spite of rumors to the contrary, the only AIDS epidemic in north america is amongst those homosexual or bi-sexual preferences.

On a related note, if all people took to heart the Marine Corp's motto, how long do you think STDs would be around?  For that matter, how many policemen would we need?
