I am aware of that, which is why I asked you if you would consider a chemically-induced abortion caused by overdosing on birth control to be--in fact--an abortion. I guess you're choosing not to answer that question. End of discussion.

I can pick up a gun and beat someone to death with it. It ain't how the gun was meant to be used, but the victim is still dead as a doornail. You would say that he can't be dead because I didn't use a club to beat him.

You lost me there. Does that mean anything that can be used to kill someone, even if not used in the way it was intended, should be outlawed or made illegal?

Isn't that the very argument gun-rights proponents have been arguing against?
