SEE POST #42, I am sure that decision was NOT easily made, and I am sure that John would have prosecuted Clinton in a HEARTBEAT!!.. I blame EVERY SENATOR WHO VOTED NO when they had the chance to CONVICT HIM, and REMOVE HIM from office following his IMPEACHMENT in the House!!
