I did both. I've seen it twice now, and the second time I SWORE I was going to look for the "odd bits", but I'm not very good at that, because I get pulled into the story. I did notice that although they didn't mention Galadriels other gifts, you could see the cloaks and the pins in the final scene. Oh well, I guess I'll have to watch it a few more times.

I went to the late morning matinee. The 2 cups of coffee and the large soda got me. BTW, I did enjoy the movie.
