Hey, if you are going to flame me, good manners says you do it to my face, not behind my back.

I've read a couple of Gordon Thomas books. He either burns sources (and with what he writes about, that isn't a metaphor, it's what literally happens to those who violate the law of omerta that the Mob, terrorists, and intelligence agencies all adhere to), or he makes it up.
