Computer simulation aims to raise questions about huge stockpiles of nuclear warheads.
A new computer program developed for nuclear weapons researchers in the U.S. probably won't give Canadians much of a sense of security in these days of global tension and uncertainty. The software simulated the destruction of Canada with as few as 11 nuclear warheads.

Time for Canada to start building nukes. We
do have the technology and the materials to do so. Delivery systems are a little more difficult, but given the permeability of the US border, I'm sure we could just drive across with them. Anyway, that might get us some respect in the world, like Pakistan or India or N. Korea.
Just kidding (sort of). Yes, just like the UK or France, Canada could have had an arsenal of nukes, but we didn't think it was necessary.

Ok, so the article REALLY says that it would only take eleven nukes to eliminate Canda as a country. My question is, why'd they model Canada in the first place? It was my idea.

Blasphemy! There's nothing like a steaming hot poutine, which is properly made with beef gravy (chicken gravy? yecch!) and fresh cheese curds. Not mozorella cheese or process cheese product or any of that crap. It is truly a fat and cholesterol laden treat.

One fact that would have to be ascertained, --and this would fall under military intelligence-- is, if Canada were successfully "taken out" how would you know, that is, would Canada's viability as a fighting force be any different?
