This is a good sign that maybe Alan Keyes will show the liberal buffoons the truth and they will switch over to Fox News after hearing him on the liberals network channel! This ought to be good and Alan knows how to channel the truth, unless of course he has liberal hosts who will conveniently override what the good ambassador says! Time will tell!

ALAN KEYES...well, you're going to get a few people here who will FORGET that he's done a radio show and KNOWS how to work a talk show...and those who want nothing more than to see Dr. Keyes utterly destroyed for daring to express disagreements with President Bush. (They've even gone so far as to attempt to "read between the lines" to see how his patriotism and love for America can be brought into question.)

Well, now I have a viable alternative to Greta Van Sustern at 10:00pm. Looks like MSNBC is trying to copy the Fair & Balanced approach. The lib stations are finally catching on.

Dr. Keyes is an intellectual lighthouse on a Neanderthal shore. His audience will be small but elite, and those who can keep up with his spirited reasoning will benefit from an expanded mind. The vast majority of viewers, however, will return to watching football and WWF Slapdown, and shudder that they passed too near the flame.

I'm so psyched! I've already notified everyone on my e-mail list. And I'm so glad I'm still driving around with THREE Keyes bumper stickers on my car! Now, like Rowdee, I have to get MSNBC. In fact, now I have to get cable. (Good thing I just made my last car payment -- I know where some of the money's going.)

This truly is wonderful news. Just getting the message out, just getting the name out -- so much can happen with this venture. I'll keep praying.

Amazing!

I've always thought that Keyes would shine if only he got more than a table scrap of coverage from the mainstream media.

I had a chance to speak with him over dinner when he came to my university last year. He's just as much of a statesman in the company of college students as he is on a podium. We conservatives need to rally around legitimate conservatives and not try to find ways to attack them - the liberals will do that well enough on their own. Not to mention, I can't wait until the liberals DO start to attack him. It will only draw more attention to him.

I noted that it begins January 21st... Somewhat interesting, that they would start a Talk show hsoted by a Conservative Black politician, on MLK Jr. Day.

I wonder if that is intentional, or coincidental. Either way, I bet it gets under the skin of the politicians who believe racial politics, and think all blacks should automatically hold Liberal viewpoints.

What a wonderful opportunity. I hope Keyes uses the opportunity to do good. My fear is that he was hired in part because he's the only kind of conservative who is a "good" conservative -- a Bush-basher. It's OK with liberals if we TALK conservatism, so long as we bash those who actually DO anything about it.
